Get Rid of Pain With 12 Acupressure Points!

1.     San Yin Jiao

This procedure is performed for urological disorders, pelvic problems, menstrual cramps, insomnia, and the improvement of overall female health. This spot is located about four fingers wide of your ankle. Find this point and then apply tight pressure. Massage for 4-5 seconds. It isn’t recommended that women who are pregnant use this method. For this, you can talk to your doctor.

2.     Feng Chi

This method is performed to treat migraine, headache, blurred eyes, low energy, fatigue, cold, and flu infection symptoms. The dots are located just behind the head, in the middle, between the ear and the beginning of the spine. Massaging these points for a certain period relieves nasal congestion, soothes the pain in the ears along with the eyes, helps to relieve severe headaches and migraines.

3.     Zhong Zhu

This technique is done to treat shoulder pain, temporary headache, lower back pain, and neck tension. This point is located in the pit between your little and your ring finger. Apply firm pressure to this point and massage for 4-5 seconds.

4.     Zu San Li

This technique is done to eliminate problems such as gastrointestinal problems, stress, anxiety, fatigue, vomiting, and nausea. Apply pressure to the muscle area about 4 inches below the kneecap in the outer part of your leg for 4-5 Nov. You can do this regularly.

5.     Jian Jing

This method is preferred for chronic daily headaches, neck stiffness, and shoulder tension. This point is located between the vertebral column and the rotator cuff. It can also be found by pressing the shoulder muscle with your thumb and middle finger. Apply normal pressure downwards using your finger or thumb. Also, massage for 4-5 seconds.

6.     Nei Guan

This technique is preferred for pregnancy problems, stomach problems, nausea, headache, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Massage the spot on the inside of your wrist to be light for 4-5 seconds.

7.     Shou San Li

This application is preferred for the treatment of problems such as shoulder pain, neck stiffness, diarrhea, and tennis elbow. Apply tight pressure to the area 2 inches above your arm and massage for 4-5 seconds.

8.     He Gu

You can choose this method to treat stress, anxiety, headaches, dental problems, neck pain, and facial pain. This point is located between your thumb and index finger. Apply deep pressure to the corresponding point and massage for 4-5 seconds. It is recommended not to use this method during pregnancy.

9.     Tai Chong

You can choose this technique for the treatment of problems such as high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, stress, menstrual pains, low back pain, stroke, insomnia problems, and joint pain. Apply pressure to the pit on the thumb of your foot and massage it for 4-5 seconds.

10. Yin Tang

You can choose this method for the treatment of eye fatigue, the relief of headache, the treatment of sinus congestion along with the nose, the improvement of insomnia, and the increase of the effectiveness of the brain. This point is located between your eyebrows. Slowly apply pressure to this point for about a minute using your fingers and then release. You can repeat it several times a week.

11. Lao Gong

You can choose this method to treat problems such as mouth ulcers, mild fever, and anxiety. In the palm of your hand, press your thumb at the level of your ring finger. Massage for 4-5 seconds. Repeat this application 2-3 times.

12. Qi Hai Shu

You can choose this application for the treatment of back pain, irregular menstrual process, and asthma. This spot can be found two fingers wide above the upper part of the hip. Using your thumbs, you can massage both sides of the spine for 4-5 seconds. You can repeat this application every day.
