  • Rub your favorite lotion or oil into your neck with long strokes from your head to your shoulders.
  • Repeat with the other hand.
  • Take your fist and make circular motions at the base of your skull.
  • Repeat with the other hand.
  • Still using your fist make circular motions from the base of your skull down to your shoulder.
  • Repeat with the other hand.
  • If you find a sore spot put mild pressure for 15-seconds and then release using your thumb. Continue with long strokes.
  • Repeat with the other hand.
  • Next take your fingertips and make circular motions at the base of your skull.
  • Repeat with the other hand.
  • Still using your fingertips make circular motions from the base of your skull down to your shoulder.
  • Repeat with the other hand.
  • Take one hand , place on the back of your neck and squeeze fingers together.
  • Repeat with the other hand.
  • Take a nice deep breath, savor the moment!
